1. Returns and refunds
Because every item is printed especially for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for non-defective items. This includes, but is not limited to: 

  • Customer errors: If a customer orders the wrong size, color, or provides an incorrect address. To avoid this, please double-check your order before confirming your purchase. Size charts are available on each product page.
  • "Buyer's remorse": We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for customers who change their mind. 

2. Damaged or mislabeled products
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, error, or arrives damaged, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.

  • How to report an issue: Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Required documentation: Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged product. If there is an issue with the print, please provide clear photos of the print quality. 

3. Cancellations
Since orders are sent to production automatically shortly after they are placed, we are unable to accept cancellations. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
