4. Shipping and delivery
Estimated delivery times: Your delivery time depends on the product's production time, your location, and the shipping method selected. All estimates are based on business days.
  • Shipping delays: Once an order is shipped, its delivery is outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
  • International customs fees: International orders may incur customs fees, which vary by country. The customer is responsible for all customs and import fees. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs processing.
  • Unclaimed packages: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we will notify you. Reshipping the package will be at your expense.
